Care instructions:
Pure wool is naturally dirt-resistant and does not need to be washed often. In fact, too much washing will damage the fibres in the long run.
In rural Europe it is still rather common to hang woolen clothes outside for “air cleaning”.
Our crisp Canadian winters offer a wonderful alternative to chemical dry cleaning: leave the garment outside overnight, even right on the snow if that is possible. It will be clean and fresh in the morning!
Conventional dry-cleaning is another option or use a gentle hand wash with wool detergent, roll in a towel and dry flat.
